Nadira Thaliqa lahir pada 20 Oktober 2004 di Jakarta. Saat ini ia menempuh pendidikan tinggi pada Program Studi Manajemen Rekod dan Arsip, Universitas Indonesia. Pada tahun 2024, ia meraih Juara 3 Fotografi dalam VARCO 2024. la aktif dalam organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Rekod dan Arsip dan Rumah Belajar BEM UI.
